Below outlines a very lightweight approach to raising bugs with QuickCase

Raising a defect (CoP)

  • Please note this process is for raising system defects/issues only. This is NOT for product enhancements

  • Go to the freshdesk ticket form here and complete all the fields

  • Add a detailed description which provides enough information for another team to understand, including where possible:

    • Which part of the system you were testing (Candidate UI, AIMS, DayOne)

    • What role you are logged in as

    • What action/event were you trying to do

    • Provide screenshots wherever possible using the ‘Attach File’ option

  • When you submit the ticket you’ll receive an email notification

  • When the ticket status changes you’ll also receive an email notification
