Please note this process is for raising system defects/issues only. This is NOT for product enhancements
Go to the freshdesk ticket form here and complete all the fields
Add a detailed description which provides enough information for another team to understand, including where possible:
Which part of the system you were testing (Candidate UI, AIMS, DayOne)
What role you are logged in as
What action/event were you trying to do
Provide screenshots wherever possible using the ‘Attach File’ option
When you submit the ticket you’ll receive an email notification
When the ticket status changes you’ll also receive an email notification
